Nominees should demonstrate:
- Achievement and excellence in their chosen field
- Evidence that their learning experience has influenced their progression
- Evidence that their vocational qualification had led directly to their success
- Evidence that their achievements are superior to those of their peers
Nominations must be accompanied by the following:
- Completed online award nomination form.
- Brief citation stating the accomplishments that make the nominee deserving of this particular award i.e. “special interests relevant to this application” and “how would this award benefit you?”
- A one-page narrative description of the significant aspects of the nominee's career. Curriculum vitae listing educational background, positions held, publications, awards, honors, activities and offices held within the globe, and 2-3 pages with separate write-up note should be prepared showing the importance of the work he has performed.
- A minimum of two (2) referees (with name, designation, email) from other than the nominator.
Their dedication can be evidenced through
- Whose talent has in a fundamental way advanced the technology and application
- Who inspired others through their leadership and example
- Initiative and leadership in promoting scientific awareness or pursuing groundbreaking research, or developing a technology or innovation.
- Whose accomplishment has been acknowledged by academia, professionals, industry and the general public
- Whose work has stood the test of time having created lasting impact on social conditions.
Nomination Submissions
- Completed online nomination forms and accompanying one to four page(s) specialized accomplishments summaries can be attached and submitted through on line.
Confirmation of Nomination
- You will receive confirmation from the award screening committee by email. If the selection committee requires additional information, you will be contacted directly.
